The contact form collects a name, organization, professional role, email address, and a topic of discussion. Optional notes are for program context only. Do not include symptoms, diagnoses, or other patient information.

Submissions are sent by email to ceo@vmrobotics.net. In preview environments they may also be written to a local log so the form can be tested. That log is not a medical record.

This site does not use advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tag in the source we ship. Your browser and hosting provider may still keep ordinary technical logs.
